Warren Hughes - Managing Director
Warren Hughes founded ACS in 1991 after a successful career in venue management when noting similar labour based services i.e. cleaning, security and ground maintenance could be aligned and combined (FM) with considerable commercial benefit to client and contractor. The Managing Director is involved on a day by day basis with the senior management team assuring controlled direction.
Paul Collins - Chief Executive Officer
Paul joined ACS in 2008 in the capacity of CEO after a successful career with Westfield Shopping Centre Management as part of their National Security team. During his time as consultant to the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust and Sydney Aquatic & Athletics Centre, Paul was responsible for consultative services in venue management including emergency procedures and evacuation, conflict resolution and customer service.
Andy Testa - National Operations Manager
An OH&S graduate and qualified trainer having trained in excess of 1000 Queensland security officers in management within the law, Andy possesses a quarter of a century of practical experience in the hospitality and security industry including senior operational roles in facilities management. Contracts for horticultural and general maintenance of major complexes are also managed by the National Operations Manager.
Kaylene Tansley - HR Manager
The HR department is essential to this professional organisation, being responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement/replacement, induction and training of staff ensuring the required tenure, presentation and calibre of employees prior to their attendance at individual sites serviced and managed by ACS. Kaylene possesses valuable experience in the HR and Hospitality Industry, and is a qualified Return to Work Coordinator.
Darren Owen - Chief Finance Officer
A qualified Accountant and Tax Agent with over 20 years accounting experience. Darren worked in public practive for seven years before heading to the United Kingdom for a two year working holiday in the mid 90's. Upon returning to Australia in 1998, Darren worked in a number of challenging corporate accounting rolls in a variety of sectors. These included, Security, Hospitality, Motor Vehicle, Manufacturing and Transport Industries. His wealth of knowledge will add an extra dimension to the Financial sector of the ACS team.
