The final training session of the year for the Diploma in Management was held last Friday. Over the last couple of months, staff have been involved in Arctic survival exercises which highlight the day to day skill sets involved with managing people and the fact that a team environment offers a greater potential for success than individually. Everyone is looking forward to putting these new skills into practise.
